Trail: Aux sources de la Gaume

About the race

Aux Sources de la Gaume is a trail and walking event starting from Bellefontaine, in the Gaume area of Belgium's province of Luxembourg. The start is at the village football ground, after which the routes head into the rural surroundings around Tintigny on woodland paths, field tracks and natural terrain. Runners can choose from short and longer trail distances of 5, 12, 20 and 32 km, while walkers explore the area at a gentler pace. The event has the feel of a local trail classic: small-scale, rural and firmly rooted in Gaume. That makes it a good fit for participants who are less focused on asphalt and pace, and more on running through a recognizable Walloon landscape.
