The Stratenloop of Veurne starts on the Grote Markt and leads through the historic centre and the green edges of the town, past the Vauban park, the Ieperbrug, the Rozebrug and the cycle bridge. There are four distances for adults: 5 kilometres, 10 kilometres, ten miles and a G-Loop of 3.2 kilometres for runners with a disability. The 10 kilometres consists of two laps of the five kilometre course. Alongside them there is a kidsrun with its own start in the Stadspark, split over 400, 800 and 1200 metres. The evening opens with the ten miles and ends with the 5 kilometres and the G-Loop. The event is organised by vzw Laat Mie Moar Lopen.
