The SomerRun Obstacle Course was held at Sportpark de Plagge in Someren-Heide and no longer exists: the organisers announced the June 2026 edition as the last. The course revolved around mud, water, height and cooperation, with five formats that stepped up neatly with age — the 2-kilometre Buddy Run from four years, the 4-kilometre Family Run from six, the 6-kilometre Rebel Run from ten, and the 8-kilometre Wild Run and 12-kilometre Extreme Run from fifteen. That let a whole family start on the same day, each at their own level. Time was secondary: the point was clearing the obstacles together and staying on afterwards.
