The Ronde Jogging is the running event during the Ronde van Zonderschot, the multi-day village festival of Zonderschot near Heist-op-den-Berg. The programme has two parts. At four in the afternoon a race over 6.66 kilometres sets off, alongside a relay in which two runners each take on 3.33 kilometres. An hour later comes the 10 kilometres, with a relay variant for teams of three. That setup makes the jogging equally suited to those chasing an individual result and to those turning it into a team outing with friends or colleagues. The race counts towards the Heists Joggingcriterium, in which nine village races from the municipality make up a series; anyone completing six receives a Heist voucher worth ten euros.
