Start and finish are at the De Hofstee village hall on the Stroeërweg, which serves as the centre of the event all day. The course runs through heath and meadows around Stroe, with a clearly marked split between the 5 and the 10 kilometres and water points along the way. Alongside those two distances there are children's races and a company run over the 5 kilometres. The name points at what happens after the finish: food, drink and live music belong to the programme just as much as the race itself. Those who register early pay less.
