PrattenburgRun

About the race

The PrattenburgRun starts and finishes at Kasteel Prattenburg on the Cuneraweg in Rhenen and runs through the woods of the estate of the same name. There are three distances: 5, 10 and 15 kilometres. The 15 is clearly more than a turn through the forest — that route seeks out the rougher part of the estate and is not easy going throughout. The event is organised by the estate's friends foundation, and the proceeds go towards maintaining and protecting the woodland. Because the grounds are private, entrants get onto paths that are closed the rest of the year.
