The Posbank Trail sets off from Scouting Markesteen on the Bovenallee in Velp and crosses the heath of the Rozendaalse Veld. The course is almost entirely single track, with short climbs and descents. There are three distances — 7, 15 and 24 kilometres — of which the 7 and the 15 can also be covered as a walk or as a canitrail with a dog, each with its own start time early in the morning. The runners do not go until around midday. For children there are two KidsTrails of 600 and 1200 metres. The event is organised by Cairn Adventures.
