Midzomeravondloop 5 kilometer

About the race

The Midzomeravondloop 5 kilometer is a small-scale road race at De Voshaar in Eibergen with one exactly measured 5 km distance. The course is certified by the Dutch Athletics Union and is mostly on asphalt, with short sections of cobbles, cycle path, hard-packed sand and gravel. Its character comes from the prediction format: runners start in groups based on their declared finish time, race without a watch and aim to finish as close as possible to their prediction.
