Lingezegen Marathon

About the race

A new marathon at the end of February between Arnhem and Nijmegen, intended as the first marathon of the Dutch spring and cooler than the April classics. Start and finish are at the event site of Park Lingezegen near Elst. The marathon is one large, flat loop through the river landscape: towards the Waal, along dykes near Bemmel and through the polders around Huissen. There is also a half marathon and a 10 km, plus a walking option; the 10 km is already sold out. The organiser is the same as for the Lingezegen Run.
