Li Gripète di Lincé sets off from the municipal school of Lincé, in Sprimont, where the registration desk opens at quarter to nine. The 23-kilometre trail goes first at half past nine; an hour later the 12 and 5.5-kilometre joggings follow, and at quarter to eleven the 2-kilometre children's race. The event is a round of the Challenge Jogging de la Province de Liège, with each distance counting towards a different standings table: the 23 for the long distances, the 12 for the provincial 10K circuit, the 5.5 for the short circuit and the 2 kilometres for the youth challenge. Anyone following the season can therefore score here in four different ways.
