The course consists of three laps of three kilometres: each runner does one alone, and the third they run to the finish together. That comes to 9.4 kilometres in total with 112 metres of climbing, which counts as medium difficulty within the Challenge Hainaut. The scoring is unusual: this is a sponsored race, so every team gets the same number of points regardless of place or finishing time. Categories are set by the make-up of the pair and the sum of both runners' ages. Changing rooms and showers are provided; a bag drop is not.
