L'Ampsinois is an evening of running in Ampsin, a village in the municipality of Amay in the province of Liège, starting and finishing at Les Maîtres du Feu on the Rue de Bende. The programme has four parts: a 1.2-kilometre kids' run, joggings of 5.2 and 10.2 kilometres, and a trail of 15.3 kilometres with some 180 metres of climbing. The start times run inversely to the distance — the trail leaves first and the shortest jogging last — so that the finishes cluster together. The race counts towards the Challenge Condrusien, and for every event entering in advance costs less than signing up at the start.
