The Lady Trail sets off from Au Village in the commune of Arlon, in Belgian Lorraine, the southern tip of the province of Luxembourg close to the Luxembourg border. There are three distances: 8 kilometres with 110 metres of climbing, 15 with 245 and 21 with 355. It is a rolling course without long ascents — the climbing comes spread out, in short pieces. Each distance is capped at two hundred entrants, which keeps the field manageable. The longest goes at ten o'clock, the shorter ones after it at quarter-hour intervals. At the finish there are showers, a drink for every entrant and childcare.
