Trail la Walhéroise is a trail race by Les Joggers Walhérois in Onhaye, created to discover the Haute Meuse region on foot. The edition on Monday 25 May 2026 offers 8, 14, 25 and 50 km, with a clear progression from an accessible nature jog to a long GPX trail with plenty of elevation gain. The short distance is designed as an introduction to trail running, while the 14 and 25 km routes add more climbs, woodland sections and technical passages. The 50 km is the toughest challenge on the programme and demands independence and endurance. Start and finish are at the football club in Onhaye on Rue du Forbot, and advance registration matters because there is no race-day entry. That makes La Walhéroise a compact but demanding trail day for runners who like to choose both distance and terrain.
