Houtloop Delft is AV'40's down-to-earth monthly run in Delft. From the club grounds on Sportring, runners head towards Delftse Hout for 5 or 10 kilometres; the 10 km is made up of two laps of the 5 km course. Younger runners have a 1 km youth run on the athletics track. Registration takes place on the day at the clubhouse, giving the Houtloop the feel of an accessible local race: clear, affordable and free of fuss.
