About the race
Great Breweries Marathon is a running and walking event in Puurs-Sint-Amands built around Belgian brewery culture. The start and finish are at the Duvel Moortgat brewery in Breendonk, with the route continuing along rural roads towards the other breweries. The 17 km is for runners, while the 25 km and marathon are also open to walkers. The day is about more than covering the distance, with feed stations, tastings and a beer basket waiting as part of the finisher experience.
