Trail de Schorre

About the race

Trail de Schorre is the first trail race of the year on and around the provincial estate De Schorre in Boom, and the organisers bill it as exactly that: plenty of mud and wintry conditions. There are three distances. The 7 kilometres stays entirely inside the estate and climbs 90 metres; the 13 kilometres runs on and around De Schorre with 140 metres of climbing; the 19 kilometres additionally crosses the clay pits and reaches 190 metres. The two shorter distances have only a finish aid station, while the 19 kilometres also has one along the way. Each distance carries its own time limit and its own entry cap, and trail shoes are recommended.
