The Gravelduatlon of Westerlo starts and finishes at Domein Den Asberg and follows the classic run-bike-run pattern: five kilometres of running first, then twenty-eight on the bike and two and a half to close. The bike leg is not a road ride but a gravel course through the Beeltjens, so you need a gravel bike or a mountain bike and your tyre choice matters. Anyone not wanting to do the whole thing alone enters as a duo and splits the legs. Because start and finish sit on the same event site, it stays easy to follow for anyone watching. The course is available as a gpx beforehand. The event is organised by LYFF Events.
