The main distances are 5 and 10 kilometres, both through the countryside around Oploo, with the crop circle, the watermill and the windmill nearby. Both distances award prizes to the fastest men and women, split into categories under and over fifty, and both count towards the regional running series of Land van Cuijk and Maasduinen. Young runners have four age categories, from bambinos of two years old to fourteen-year-olds, for boys and girls alike. The whole thing remains a village running party on a Sunday morning.
