Dominiek Savio Trail Run is an inclusive charity trail on and around the Kasteelplein Dominiek Savio in Hooglede-Gits. The routes are fully accessible for wheelchairs and buggies, with separate slots for a 2.5 km run, 5 and 10 km wheelchair rolling, 5 or 10 km running and 5 km walking. As a result, the event feels not only sporting, but also broadly accessible for families, runners, wheelers and walkers. Aid stations, a guarded cloakroom, changing rooms and side entertainment make the Trail Run a well-organised day in support of Dominiek Savio.
