About the race
Cross-country run through the De Zandbergen nature reserve near Losser, part of the Twentse Cross Competitie. The course is entirely unpaved: you cross a sand plain, climb a few short but tough little hills and run alongside a branch of the Dinkel river. Adults choose 5 or 10 kilometres, the youth run 1 or 1.5 kilometres. Start and finish are at the Zaandhoes, reachable on foot from the Grensweg. There is room for a maximum of 150 runners on the day.
