DAK Drunense Duinen Cross

About the race

A cross-country run through the Loonse and Drunense Duinen, starting at Giersbergen on the edge of the drifting-sand area. Men run 9.2 kilometres by default and women 7.1 kilometres, older masters a shorter distance; recreational runners can choose 4.8, 7.1 or 9.2 kilometres as a fun run. There's a short cross of 1.7 kilometres, and for young people there are distances from 1 to 7.1 kilometres. The first start is at 10:00; late entry is only possible online, up to half an hour before.
