Crossdorp Oelem Kermisloop

About the race

Crossdorp Oelem Kermisloop is a village road race in Oedelem, part of Beernem, held during the September fair. The organisation uses a 1.8 km lap that is run several times: 5.4 km for the short distance and 10.8 km for the long distance. There is also a free 500 m children's run and a 1.8 km teen run, so the programme clearly welcomes families and local participation. Starts are scheduled in the late afternoon and early evening, with podiums for each category. With its fairground atmosphere, compact laps and village-centre feel, Crossdorp Oelem is an accessible but genuine running date for the region.
