The Corrida de Godinne is run as part of the GodiFest, the village festival of Godinne in the Meuse valley near Yvoir. There is one five-kilometre lap, which you cover once or twice: the 5 kilometres has fifty metres of climbing, the 10 exactly double. Both distances set off together at half past ten on the Rue du Prieuré, so the choice is purely about length and not about timing. There are three hundred places per distance, roomy enough that you can still enter on the day while places last, and there is no age limit. The whole thing stays a village affair: a race inside a festival rather than a festival around a race.
