Canicross Genendijk is a race of the Flemish canicross federation in Ham, based on the Bivakstraat. The programme reaches beyond running with a dog: alongside canicross and canirun there are bike and dogscooter heats, where your dog pulls you along on a bike or a scooter, plus fun and kids formats. There is no shared gun. From ten o'clock the heats set off continuously, by discipline and by distance, which with dogs on the line is the only workable arrangement and at the same time means you never end up in a large pack. Fixed kilometre figures are not announced beforehand; the schedule follows the disciplines.
