Biathlon Neupré is a cross biathlon on the Avenue du Ry Chera: running unpaved laps interspersed with shooting bouts, where misses earn penalty laps. So it is neither a winter biathlon on skis nor an ordinary road race, but a summer variant in which pace and precision get in each other's way — arriving at the range too hot costs you more than it gains. There are two distances, 5 and 10 kilometres, both starting at ten. Places are limited and entry is only possible in advance, not on the day. The race is part of the Challenge Cross Biathlon.
