AZ Delta Aflossingsmarathon is the team-focused AZ Delta Run in Roeselare, organised around the hospital campus and the streets of Oekene. Teams of five complete a marathon distance of 42 km together, split over 38 short laps of about 1.11 km. Each team member must run at least one lap and the team chooses its own relay moments, making strategy and atmosphere just as important as outright speed. The race includes men's, women's, mixed and youth categories and supports Memisa and its partner hospital in Pay Kongila. The result is a compact, social relay race where supporters can follow the action from close range.
