24h de Mouscron

About the race

For more than 46 years, the 24h de Mouscron has been the sporting and community-minded festival weekend of late September at the Plaine de Neckere. The main event is a 24-hour relay for teams of four or six runners on a 3.1 km loop: it starts on Saturday at 2 p.m. and finishes on Sunday at 2 p.m. On Sunday you can also run or walk 2 laps (6.2 km) or 4 laps (12.4 km) individually, and there are children's races too. There are concerts, a village of local associations and camping. Proceeds go to charity; the organiser is the non-profit Espace Citoyen.
