Trail La Biesmoise is a day of trail running in Biesme, near Mettet, setting off from the École Sainte-Thérèse. The programme covers 9, 16 and 27 kilometres, plus a 9-kilometre canicross and children's races over 250, 500 and 1100 metres. The distances build up gently but remain genuine off-road work: unpaved paths, village edges and wooded sections, with enough variety to break up any rhythm. Canicross runners get an open starting window early in the morning, well before the bulk of the trail field sets off. The next day the same village hosts a mountain bike ride with loops of ten to sixty kilometres, so the weekend serves runners and riders alike. That mix makes La Biesmoise very much a local day outdoors with a broad field.
