The St. Bernardus-loop by Joggingclub Waregem is a recreational beer run on the jogging track along Zuiderlaan, opposite the Elindus Arena. On Saturday 13 June 2026, participants can start freely from 14:00 and run laps of about 1.35 kilometres; the final bottles and apple juices are handed out until 17:30. There is no timing and no ranking, so the event deliberately feels more like a relaxed running afternoon than a classic race. Adults receive a St. Bernardus beer for each completed lap, up to ten laps, while younger participants get apple juice and the smallest children can join a guided 900-metre run. The format is simple, local and unmistakably Waregem: running for the atmosphere, with supporters, a bar, showers and a tombola around it.
