Run & Bike de la Notre-Dame is a countryside race in Walhain, setting off from the Notre-Dame church on the Rue des Déportés. Its distinguishing feature is the double format: every distance can be covered as an ordinary run or in run-bike mode, where two participants alternate between running and riding a single shared bike. Entrants choose between one lap of roughly five kilometres or two laps totalling 10.5 kilometres, on the roads and farm tracks around the village. The organisers deliberately keep the threshold low with a modest entry fee and a keepsake for the youngest participant. The result is an easy-going Sunday morning race where sporting duos and ordinary joggers mix.
