Les Dragonnades

About the race

Les Dragonnades starts and finishes on the athletics track of the MOHA in Obourg, a district of Mons, and counts towards the Challenge Hainaut. The two distances carry no round figures but their measured length: 5.83 and 10.39 kilometres. The course is gently rolling and on the long distance there are cobbles as well, which means adjusting your rhythm repeatedly along the way — holding an even pace is not on here. The finish on the track gives the closing few hundred metres a different character from the rest of the route. Earlier in the day the youngest run their own race.
