LAGO Estafette

About the race

A relay run for duos at the LAGO Bloesembad swimming pool in Sint-Truiden, a leg of the Estafettechallenge. The concept is simple: two runners take turns for an hour on a 1,000 metre lap, and the duo covering the most distance wins. There are standings for women's, men's and mixed duos, grouped by combined age, and for youth under 16. The start is at 15:00. A fast, intensive race where you get a brief recovery each time.
