There are two distances and the longer is exactly double the shorter, so the choice comes down to covering the same stretch of Namur countryside once or twice. Both fields leave together, which makes the opening kilometres a mixed affair before they separate. The turnout stays modest and largely regional; this is a race where you meet more familiar faces than strangers, with the sports hall as the gathering point before and after.
