About the race
HYROX Heerenveen brings fitness racing to Thialf, the well-known indoor arena on Pim Mulierlaan. From 14 to 17 May 2026, athletes take on the standard HYROX format: eight 1 km runs, each followed by a functional workout station. Solo, Doubles and Relay divisions have their own start blocks, with chip timing, splits and an arena setup that keeps spectators close to the action.
