This jogging in Marcinelle is part of the inclusion days of the Province de Hainaut and has two fields over the same distances. At ten the Extra'Jogging sets off, reserved for people with a disability: you may bring your own joëlette or bécasine with a support crew, but the organisers will arrange both the equipment and trained assistants if you need them. A quarter of an hour later the regular field goes over exactly those 5 and 10.8 kilometres, counting towards the Challenge de la Province de Hainaut. Both distances are free. At around a quarter to twelve the smallest children run their Jeunes Foulées over 200 to 800 metres, for which you sign up on the spot.
