The Duvelloop in Oostrozebeke is built around a traffic-free lap of roughly one and a half kilometres that you cover as often as you like. Anyone entering the Mini Duvel may do at most five, the Maxi Duvel ten; running and walking are both fine on the same lap. You start when it suits you, somewhere between half past ten and two. Each completed lap earns a token, exchangeable for a duvel or a cava — a soft drink for anyone under sixteen. The programme opens with a kids run in two age groups. Changing rooms and showers are free to use in Sportcentrum Mandelmeersen, and food and drink keep coming until six in the evening.
