Dour Urban Trail is an urban trail in Dour and part of the Challenge des Belles du Haut-Pays. The programme offers 5 km and 10 km runs, complemented by a walking start, from the Belvédère site on Chemin des Croix. The course is mostly paved but deliberately seeks out buildings and places within the municipality, making the race feel more like a sporting exploration of Dour than a classic road race. With timing, aid stations, changing rooms and an awards ceremony, the local evening format has a clear race structure.
