The Course Nature de Bléharies is a 10-kilometre evening race in Bléharies, a village in the municipality of Brunehaut in the far west of Hainaut. The start is on the Rue du Cimetière, close to the point where the Scheldt enters Belgium and to the Plaines de l'Escaut nature park. The race sets off at seven in the evening and is open from the age of eight. There is only one distance, so there is nothing to choose: everyone runs the same ten kilometres. Entry is possible in advance and, while places last, on the day itself as well. It remains a straightforward village race without any fuss.
