The Corrida des Sorcières is the Friday evening race of Lonzée, near Gembloux, starting on the Rue de l'Eglise. At quarter past seven the one-kilometre Kids Run sets off for six to twelve-year-olds; at eight the 3.5, 7 and 10.5 kilometres go together. More important in practice than the distances themselves is the limit: each distance has a hard cap of a few hundred places, and the seven and the ten and a half usually fill up. Online registration closes at noon on the day, and on-site entry is possible only for the Kids Run. Anyone wanting to take part has to be early.
