The 3 Dorpen Jogging carries its name in two languages, which tells you at once where it is: Buvingen, a village in the Limburg municipality of Gingelom, right up against the language border. Start and finish are at RDK Gravelo on the Truilingenstraat. There are two distances, 5.8 and 11 kilometres, on roads through the Haspengouw landscape — rolling farmland, little shelter and therefore wind as the main opponent. It stays an evening jogging on a village scale: no trail, no side programme, but a waymarked course and a finish where you meet everyone you passed along the way.
